Any award by the arbitrator shall be the sole and exclusive remedy of the parties. The parties hereby waive all rights to judicial review of the arbitrator’s decision and any award contained therein.

20. Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for the services offered by DocState.academy shall be on a 100% advance basis. DocState.academy undertakes no liability for free services. Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each service before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us within 24 hours of payment. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We will try our best to provide service for which client has paid for.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we may provide a refund (partial or complete) only after discussions with the stakeholders involved & after validating that the issue raised for cancellation or refund is genuine.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

DocState.academy reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.

21. Accounts And Security

DocState.academy does not warrant that the functions contained in the service provided by the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that this service or the server that makes it available will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
