Situated in HITECH City, the thriving IT hub of Hyderabad, HITEX is in close proximity to the International Airport and South Central Railways with great connectivity by road.
The easiest way to reach the HITEX exhibition fairground is with the local transportation system such as taxi or rikshaw.

Event Policy and Regulations
1. Admission
Age Restriction: Individuals under the age of 18 years and infants in arms are strictly prohibited from entering the exhibition area.
The organizers reserve the right of admission and may deny entry at their discretion.
2. Security and Prohibited Items
Prohibited Items: Bottles, cans, tins, and other potentially hazardous items are not allowed inside the exhibition venue.
Security Checks: All attendees may be subject to frisking at entrances or within the venue for security reasons.
3. Photography and Permissions
Photography within the exhibition area is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the event organizers. Unauthorized photography will result in appropriate action.
4. Food and Beverages
Outside Food and Drinks: No food or beverages are allowed to be brought into the exhibition area to maintain cleanliness and safety.
5. Personal Responsibility
The organizers are not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. Attendees are advised to keep their valuables secure at all times.
6. Substance Prohibition
The consumption or possession of banned substances is strictly prohibited within the exhibition venue. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the event.
7. Event Conditions
The event is subject to force majeure conditions. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizers reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel the event.
8. Cooperation
Attendees are expected to fully cooperate with the event staff to ensure smooth operations.
